This circuit is up-down counter 0-9999 or 9999-0 with Relay Control , 12V DC input supply. The Relay will turn on when the counter count the number reach to your setting number.

Mode:
1. Count up until Relay turn on / press clear button to reset
2. Count down until Relay turn on / press clear button to reset
3. Loop count without clear button. Relay will turn on when count to setting number and turn on 0-9second. Setting by program.
example: I use this board to connect with infrared sensor to count the number of people which pass the door. I like to turn on the light and the tape to say " Thank you for visit my home " when people pass my door 10 people.
