• Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is cleared via credit card or PayPal.

• Standard shipping is via economical air mail. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact us by email.

• All items are carefully packed in a box with bubble wrap to prevent damage and shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.

Return Policy and Warranty

• Unassembled kits: Returns for refund or repair are not accepted. However, we will replace any missing components free of charge or provide free repair advice. Please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

• Assembled kits and other products: We accept returns for free repair within 90 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items.
