    #  100 - 199 RPM , Display will be 100
    #  200 - 299 RPM , Display will be 200
    #  300 - 399 RPM, Display will be 300

    # 5560 RPM, Display will be 5500
    # 55650 RPM, Display will be 55600
 - 5 Digit Seven Segments display ( Red color )
 - Can measure RPM with used the photo reflective infrared sensor. ( comes in package ) or receive the signal from other sensor.
 - When the high speed revolution or low speed revolution than at the setting, board will give voltage at OUT pin 4.4V. to trig other application.
 - Distance between the photo reflective infra-red and reflector 1-3cm.
